Ballet Buns!

Yep thats right the must have hairstyle this season is the ballet bun!

Whether it's slick, tight and twisted, soft and braided, high or low - there is a style to suit everyone! Have a look through these pics and have a play with your own hair to see whats comfortable for you.

If you are like me and you have short hair but still want to rock a high bun, you can always use a 'sponge' hair piece from your local Hairhouse Warehouse or Price Attack. These can easily be hidden within your bun and covered with your hair to give the illusion that you have long hair too!

Stingray

Last week I worked on hair and makeup for the launch of Stingray bar located in QT Surfers Paradise. (Formally the Gold Coast International)

The whole look was a 50's feel so I incorportated some pin curls throughout the hair, and some beautiful red lips.
